Heather wanted Every Door Direct Mail Postcards created in order to help get her name out there as a realtor who can represent both buyers and sellers, as well as to spread the message of the importance of buying and selling with a a Realtor versus For Sale By Owner. 

These mailers needed to meet the USPS EDDM mailing sizing and requirements, and also meet the Century 21 branding and marketing criteria. 

The challenging thing about EDDM mailers, is creating a design strong enough to capture the individual's attention in the few seconds it takes to go from the mailbox to the garbage can. Creating a colorful and professional looking piece, with a beautiful home on the front, along with a big, clear, attention-grabbing headline is sure to catch the eye of those interested in buying or selling anytime in the near future. Adding Heather's photo, with big smile and friendly face, helps create a more personal approach. We also added a catchy tagline using her last name, which could help potential future clients with remembering her name when it does come time to buy or sell. These were printed on a high-end gloss coated cardstock to help reinforce the professionalism and quality that we were going for with the design. Are you looking to buy or sell?
